PMaps eVA Assessment

PMaps eVA is a Voice and Accent Assessment tool that allows employers to hire potential candidates/employees by assessing their language skills – written or spoken that is required for effective communication with the customer. Voice and Accent test measure the candidate’s effectiveness in comprehending appropriate and delightful solutions to the customer. It also measures various competencies such as grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, fluency, pitch, clarity, and pronunciation.

Grammar

This assesses the candidate’s ability to construct a sentence with accurate grammatical rules.

Vocabulary

An individual’s ability to assesses whether they have the knowledge of English words and can understand the meaning and usage of words in the given context.

Comprehension

Context assesses the ability of an individual to accurately comprehend and understand the content to offer the further information or solution.

Fluency

It assesses an individual’s pace and clarity while communicating with others.
