Other requirements:

  1. Candidates with strong programming skills and strong in data structures, designing, architecture, and design patterns are preferable
  2. Candidates with knowledge of Agile software development methodologies is an added advantage
  3. Candidates should have knowledge net stack of technologies – ASP.Net MVC 4+, Entity Framework, LINQ
  4. Strong database skills, SQL, stored procedures, triggers, functions, database design, migration, backups knowledge of AWS / Azure services
  5. Knowledge of web servers, deployments, API documentation, QA, etc.
  6. Good knowledge of version control (SVN, GIT, or similar)
  7. Working knowledge of project management tools, bug reporting tools, QA tools will be an advantage
  8. Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JS, JQuery, Bootstrap is expected. JS frameworks like AngularJS, Node.js will be an advantage

Job Description: 

We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele-sales Representative to contribute in generating (B2B Lead) sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. An effective tele-sales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in Clients and developing business.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Develop outbound sales leads based on the given database.
  2. Cold calling prospects regarding PMaps offering to B2B segment.
  3. Contacting potential or existing Clients to inform them about a Product or Service using scripts.
  4. Asking questions to understand Clients requirements and Close Sales.
  5. Arrange and schedule demonstrations between Sales Managers and Potential Customers (B2B).
  6. Direct prospects to the field Sales Team when needed.
  7. Enter and update Clients Information in the Database.
  8. Keep records of Calls, Sales and Note useful information.

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Advanced Graduate Degree in any area.

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

0-2 years of experience, is preferred from the business domain which may be either purely from Customer Service or Sales.

  2. Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
  3. Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects clients

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. You should know the best ways to collect and cleanse the data used in the modeling analysis. You will be required to coordinate with other departments in order to improvise the existing data capture techniques and suggest the new data elements required for modeling.
  2. You should be able to use advanced statistical techniques to identify and interpret correlations using univariate and multivariate analysis to develop new approaches to the existing problems.
  3. You should be able to create valuable analytics using data mining technology, multivariate analysis, regression analysis, and statistical sampling.
  4. You should be able to support the research team to construct or maintain the built models, including data mining/extracting or combining data from multiple sources using languages such as SQL and SAS.
  5. You are required to assist other team members complex work related problems.

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, Computer Science, or related field required
**Relevant Certification in Data Science, Data Analytics, Data Mining, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning preferred
**Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements.
