ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You should know the best ways to collect and cleanse the data used in the modeling analysis. You will be required to coordinate with other departments in order to improvise the existing data capture techniques and suggest the new data elements required for modeling.
  • You should be able to use advanced statistical techniques to identify and interpret correlations using univariate and multivariate analysis to develop new approaches to the existing problems.
  • You should be able to create valuable analytics using data mining technology, multivariate analysis, regression analysis, and statistical sampling.
  • You should be able to support the research team to construct or maintain the built models, including data mining/extracting or combining data from multiple sources using languages such as SQL and SAS.
  • You are required to assist other team members complex work related problems.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, Computer Science, or related field required.
  • Relevant Certification in Data Science, Data Analytics, Data Mining, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning preferred.
  • Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements.

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Willing to take challenges associated with the start-up environment.
  • Experience working with large datasets in SAS or similar statistical software.
  • Strong skills in statistical and data mining tools such as R, SPSS or SAS.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Basic understanding of MS SQL Server Database.

  • Creating and managing the content creation for multiple assessment projects by understanding the client’s requirement and PMaps product design and meeting the required deadlines.
  • Interacting regularly with the clients for content customization and improvisation ensuring the best client satisfaction.
  • Working directly with the development team to improvise product design, workflow and documentation.
  • Contribute to the development of processes and procedures to develop best content across skill levels across industries.
  • Make independent decisions regarding the content design processes and tools to be used.
  • Work closely with Subject Matter Experts and Industrial Psychologists to ensure the quality project delivery on time.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Advanced Graduate/Post Graduate Degree in any area that offers subject matter expertise
    (Previous experience in content area relevant to assessment design and test development preferred).

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop inbound and outbound sales leads and respond to product inquiries on the web and email.
  • Cold calling prospects regarding PMaps offering to B2B segment.
  • Run email campaigns to generate new sales prospects.
  • Arrange and schedule demonstrations between Sales Managers and potential customers (B2b).
  • Manage the primary social media channels: Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Should be able to create pitches and write proposals for the client.
  • Analytics of key Marketing metrics and conceiving ideas to improve Product, Communication.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Advanced Graduate Degree in any area (Preferably IT or HR)
    (Previous experience in assessment company preferred)
